CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Booking Policy To secure your appointment, a $30 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. This policy is in place to respect the time reserved specifically for you and to accommodate other clients. We understand that unexpected situations may occur — exceptions may be considered at our discretion. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
